• London and Essex £10 + VAT for first unit and plus £5 + VAT for any additional one. Maximum charge is £40 + VAT. Free delivery is offered if ordered with flooring and  the order excede £499 + VAT.
• Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall and some areas of Wales £20 + VAT for first unit and plus £5 + VAT for any aditional one. Maximum charge is £50 + VAT. Free delivery is offered if ordered with flooring, 
• Scotland(excluding Scottish Highland and some areas on the Lowlands) £30 + VAT for first unit and plus £5 + VAT for any additional one. Maximum charge is £70 + VAT. Free delivery is offered if ordered with flooring, 
• Scottish Highland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight - please contact us for a quote

• Accessories that are a hazard and too long won't be able delivered but themself only along with flooring orders

Returns and refunds

If we receive a cancellation request from you and your products have been dispatched but not yet delivered, we will refund you the full invoice amount in full, minus any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement.

If we receive a cancellation request from you and you have accepted delivery of your products, you must return the goods to us, at your own expense, to the following Essex address, where our warehouse is located: CKR Services, Crossways Cargo Centre, Galleon Boulevard, DA2 6QE.
