Free delivery is offered for all products in the accessories category when they are ordered with flooring , decking or worktops. We can not deliver any accessories on their own.
Floor Plus is an underlay made of extruded polystyrene (XPS), in the form of rolls. It guarantees high resistance to loads and moisture, optimum noise reduction and thermal insulation. The installation is very easy and fast.
The underlay can be used with underfloor heating system

- Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall and some areas of Wales £20 + VAT for first unit and plus £5 + VAT for any aditional one. Maximum charge is £50 + VAT. Free delivery is offered if ordered with flooring,
- Scotland(excluding Scottish Highland and some areas on the Lowlands) £30 + VAT for first unit and plus £5 + VAT for any additional one. Maximum charge is £70 + VAT. Free delivery is offered if ordered with flooring,

Returns and refunds
If we receive a cancellation request from you and your products have been dispatched but not yet delivered, we will refund you the full invoice amount in full, minus any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement.
If we receive a cancellation request from you and you have accepted delivery of your products, you must return the goods to us, at your own expense, to the following Essex address, where our warehouse is located: CKR Services, Crossways Cargo Centre, Galleon Boulevard, DA2 6QE.
