We believe (and hope you agree) that our website truly is the jewel in our crown.  It’s constantly stocked up with new and great offers as well as showing you good, clear images of the products we have in stock.  We do everything within our power to make our website easy to navigate, clear to read and make it simple for you to contact us and order.

While most of our clients choose to communicate with us online, there are still plenty of people who prefer to pick up the ‘phone and chat.  It’s for this reason that we have two phone line options.  The first is a free to call phone number (0800 690 68640) and the other is our landline (0203 869 0900).  Both numbers are manned from 8am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday and between 9.30am and 5pm on a Saturday.  In our experience, these are the times when people want to speak to us most and we’re here for them.

Face-to-face

Unlike some of our online competitors, at Wood and Beyond we’ve invested in a High Street showroom.  Our London Showroom is a great place for people to come and chat to our staff and get up close and personal with our products.  Our Showroom is at 220 The Vale, London, NW11 8SR and you can contact the showroom team on the same phone numbers we gave earlier.  The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm and on Saturday from 9.30am until 5pm.  We’ve deliberately chosen this location because it’s so easy to access by road and by rail.  There’s even lots of free on-road parking available all the time.  So why not come along and have a coffee and a chat so you can pick the brains of our staff and get lots of advice and ideas for your project?
