White tiles or white marble flooring are both much more practical solutions than white carpeting because they’re easy to clean and pretty difficult to stain. An option chosen in many of the tropical countries of the world, they are selected because they stay nice and cool in the heat of the sun. The reason for this is that engineered flooring doesn’t expand and contract to the same extent as solid wood, so won’t take harm from the somewhat extensive expansion and contraction that happens with fluctuating temperatures and, or moisture levels.
