Cumaru decking originates from South America and is an exotic hardwood, extremely dense and rich in red/ yellow color and appearance. Over time it will naturally weathers to a beautiful silver-gray patina which will give your garden a special classic look. Our Cumaru decking comes in a thickness of 19mm, width of 140mm and a length of 1800+.Cumaru Decking is exceptionally strong material and it boasts a fire rating of Class A, the same as concrete or steel! Cumaru is considered to be 5 times harder than pine, cedar and redwood and over 10 times stronger than composite decking products. Cumaru Decking is also rated 25 years against decay and insect damage. Cumaru is harvested from managed forest projects. It is naturally seasoned and kiln dried to prevent shrinkage.

Following your order, a customer service agent will contact you to arrange a delivery day which suits you so we don't show up at your door when you're not ready. The cost of this service is a flat fee no matter how many worktops, decking or flooring products you order of £45.00 to cover London and the surrounding areas and wales , £65.00 to cover Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall, £80.00 to cover Scotland and £90.00 to cover Ireland. To mainland UK (excluding Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall) we also offer a FREE delivery if your order exceeds £999. Sample Information

Free sample is available to order. We charge £1.5 delivery which will be refunded once you've placed your order with us. The sample will allow you to feel the high quality wood and see its beautiful rich markings. We aim to dispatch the sample within a day so you won't have to wait long. Simply choose the 'Free Sample' option and complete the secure checkout process.

 

Please note that our decking comes untreated, so please oil it after it is properly laid.

How To Clean Your Garden Decking:

1. Clear the area - Make sure the decking surface is free of any obstacles so you can concentrate on cleaning rather than moving chairs and tables around. Do not drag any piece of furniture around and consider getting a helping hand for this step.

2. Brush thoroughly - Using a stiff broom, give the deck a thorough brush followed by jet wash using a pressure washer if you have one. Those which are used as multi-purpose home jet cleaners will work best and will ensure not to damage the wood.

3. Use warm water and soda crystals - To clean the decked surface on a budget and to minimise wastage, use warm water and soda crystals. Spray warm water over the decked surface and sprinkle soda crystals. Leave the area to dry for a few hours and once dry brush using a stiff broom.

4. Use dedicated cleaners - There are a number of chemical cleaners which will both clean and rejuvenate the timber. We recommend Rustins Decking Cleaner is offered for great value for money, is quick to dry and ready to use instantly.
